Registration is easy. Click on Register and enter your email address. You will be taken to another page where you will need to enter your details. Please note that anything marked with an asterisk (*) is required. You will then be sent a confirmation email.
1. FIND THE ITEMS YOU WISH TO BUY
Keyword search boxes are located on every page. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top and left navigation bar of each department. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its details, including availability.
2. ADD TO CART
Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products that you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Cart Button in the header.
3. CHECK OUT
• To enter checkout, click on the Cart button followed by Checkout.
• You will be prompted to enter a delivery address. If you set this up during your registration this will be auto-filled. If you wish to have it delivered somewhere new, you can Add a New Address.
• Le Beauty Club uses couriers to send all packages and the rate is set within South Africa. Please note that you have to accept the Terms and Conditions before we can continue with the order.
• To make payment you will need to enter your card details on the payment page. We do not retain any credit card details. You details will be passed securely onto PayGate, our payment provider. For more information regarding PayGate please visit https://www.paygate.co.za/.
• Once your payment has been approved by with Secure3D you will be redirected back to Le Beauty Club with confirmation that your order is confirmed.
• Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards, by bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account or via the payment gateways, Payfast and Snapscan, the details of which will be provided after checkout. Please note that if you pay via Bank Deposit we will not release your products until your payment has cleared in the Provider’s account. This can take up to 2 working days to occur.
• All transactions are processed in South African Rand’s (ZAR)
Can I Return and Item?
• If you find a product to be damaged, we will collect and replace it at our expense.
• Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
• Our return policy requires that the User first requests authorisation from the administrator available at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There is a flat rate R50 for all orders under R450 and free delivery for all orders over R450. You can expect delivery within 10-15 working days. If you live in an outlying area, please expect an extra 3-5 working days for delivery. Please note: orders are fulfilled (packed & shipped) by Le Beauty Club, however stock is not held in our warehouse and will be on order with the supplier.
